Delivery and pickup

DELIVERY

Your package will be sent insured from Monday to Friday via GLS parcel service. GLS parcel service does not deliver during the weekend. In case you are not at home when GLS Parcel Service tries to deliver your package, they will leave a pick-up note for you. It is also possible to have your order delivered at another address. You can indicate this when filling in your address details. It is not possible to ship your order to a PO Box address.

When you order is leaving our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail from GLS parcel service containing a track and trace link to follow your order.

Pick up

While ordering you can also indicate that you want to pick up your order at our location in Tiel. If your order is in stock, we will contact you within 1-2 workdays to make an appointment for pickup.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost for insured shipping of our items within the Netherlands and Belgium is € 15, - including VAT. Orders above € 100,- excl. VAT will be sent free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. Besides the Netherlands and Belgium, we also deliver to other countries within Europe, South and North America, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. If your country is not listed as a choice during the ordering process, please send us an e-mail to info@hobrand.nl or contact us by telephone on +31(0)344-663 344. The costs for shipping outside The Netherlands and Belgium depend on the country and the weight or dimensions of the package to be sent. No rights can be derived from these amounts and we reserve the right to adjust this amount.

DELIVERY TIME
