The heating vest is a vest for a manikin. In this vest there are cutouts where you can put heat packs in. A heat pack gets a temperature of about 40 degrees. This heat is retained for a long time.

The material of the vest is heat conductive, so the heat of the heat packs is evenly distributed throughout the vest. By putting on a Warming vest, the torso of the 'victim' becomes visible on a thermal imaging camera.

The vest comes in a case with one-time heat packs. Also available is a set of 12 reusable heat packs. After use you can 'recharge' them by placing them in boiling water. This returns them to their original state and make them available for re-use.
