Hands are particularly exposed to the risk of burn injuries caused by electric arcs when working on electrical installations. The Uvex Arc Protect g1 safety glove is designed to protect against the thermal effects of an electric arc.

The flame-retardant modacrylic/cotton knit material helps protect against second-degree burns while maintaining high flexibility. This results in excellent wearing comfort, an ergonomic fit and outstanding tactile sensitivity.

The glove is tested to Arc Protection Class 1 according to EN 61482-1-2 (box test) and provides thermal protection in accordance with EN 407. It is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.
